What is the delivery time? +

Most orders leave our facility in 5 business days. Shipping time will vary depending on where you are located but you can confirm this with our sales consultant.

What is the Quality Like? +

Quality is a major focus for Workplace Storage and every item that leaves our facility is checked, tested and assembled even if the item is then flatpacked again for shipping. Although this does increase order processing time our quality is one of the reasons for our high percentage of repeat customers and helps ensure your product is long lasting.

Are your items heavy duty +

All Workplace Storage products are designed for industrial style applications where items need to stand up to heavy duty environments. Our quality is one of the reasons for our high percentage of repeat customers and helps ensure your product is long lasting.

Are returns available? +

Workplace Storage does not accept returns other than in the case of items damaged in transit or faulty materials and workmanship in products. See refund policy.

What if an item gets damaged in shipping +

Please notify us within 2 business days of this item arriving to your facility and email pictures of the damage to sales@workplacestorage.com.auso we can establish the best way to rectify this issue for you as quickly a possible. If you have not received a response within 2 business days please message us via the chat panel in case your email has been blocked by an email filter.

What is your warranty? +

12 month warranty against poor workmanship & defects. Does not include general wear and tear.
