What is the standard of quality?

Quality is a major for Workplace Storage and every item that leaves our facility is checked, tested and assembled even if the item is then flatpacked again for shipping. This is all to ensure the product is ready to use when it arrives and contributes to our ongoing high percentage of repeat customers.

Delivery

What is the delivery time?

Most orders are finalised through production and quality within 5 business days from order. Shipping times will vary depending on where you are located but you can confirm this with your sales consultant – An approx. guide is as below.

  • Sydney (3 business days freight time on top of usual 5 business days of production)
  • NSW Country (3-5 business days freight time on top of usual 5 business days of production)
  • Melbourne (4-5 business days freight time on top of usual 5 business days of production)
  • VIC Country (3-6 business days freight time on top of usual 5 business days of production)
  • Brisbane (5 business days freight time on top of usual 5 business days of production)
  • QLD Country (5-7 business days freight time on top of usual 5 business days of production)
  • Adelaide (5-6 business days freight time on top of usual 5 business days of production)

Returns and Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Workplace Storage does not accept returns other than in the case of items damaged in transit or faulty materials and workmanship in products. See refund policy.

Any damage must be reported within 2 business days of receipt by emailing pictures to sales@workplacestorage.com.au

What if an item gets damaged in shipping?

Please notify us within 2 business days of this item arriving to your facility and email pictures of the damage to sales@workplacestorage.com.auso we can establish the best way to rectify this issue for you as quickly a possible. If you have not received a response within 2 business days please message us via the chat panel in case your email has been blocked by an email filter.
